The size is small and not enough cushion.

The reason I chose this particular one is because it has a neckroll which I needed because I’m having surgery tomorrow and have to sleep upright for a few days. THERE WAS NO NECKROLL! So you did not send me what I ordered and what you advertised!!

This product is not as described. I ordered it in brown. The pack says it's brown, it is orange! Not even close to brown.
