According to measurements provided it should have been right to the top of my knee and it is 3 inches below. Fits beautifully material is soft but you can tel it’s inexpensive. I am stuck with it because that is the bad part about a swing skirt. I could not hem it and it come out straight around and the cost for alterations is 35-40 dollars. I am done buying Amazon clothing because they are inconsistent in measurements.

Ordered a small, and it fit perfectly! Dress is soft and flowy, soft material! Absolutely love it. My only complaint is the seam in the middle of the waist, is not cut flattering as the prints of the Dino’s are just cut through so I have decapitated dinosaurs hanging around my rib cage. I would give 5 stars had the material been cut correctly to the print.

Present I thought some of the mermaid scales would be shiny

This dress can’t decide if it’s supposed to cut under the bust or at the waist. I’m 5’6” and it cuts awkwardly across my rib cage half way between waist and bust. It makes me look wide. It’s not flattening. It’s tight in the bust and too small. I ordered a medium as recommended and as others in my size group did. It didn’t fit. So I ordered a large. Not much size difference between the two. Still too tight in the bust. Still doesn’t fall correctly. I found another dinosaur print dress from another seller / manufacturer and it fit as expected cut nicely and was flattering. Only thing nicer about this dress is the fabric. Would probably look great on someone petite with short torso so it hits at waistline or someone super tall so it falls under bust.

I ordered the light green dress and was shipped the black dress with lemons on it.other than that the dress is made good
