Back in the 1960s, Norelco made the famous floating head design that Phillips uses in this model and it is far superior to the fixed head shaver. I absolutely love the ease and comfort I get from this excellent tool.

This shaver is extremely quiet, and it feels like it is massaging my face as it removes my whiskers. I have a thick coarse beard, so this is such a pleasant surprise. Fantastic product!
