After 5 months of use, not once have I gotten a close shave. This is after using the app and following all prompts. My shaving time has doubled compared to last Philips Norelco shaver which was half price than this one. Most useless, overpriced product from Philips. Regret “upgrading”.

Buyer beware - no charging cord available I've had the worst experience with the Phillips Norelco S7000 series. There was absolutely no charger cord included, no USB, nothing to charge the device included in a store bought product. Being a naive customer, I thought I'd be able to use any pre-existing chargers I've collected from Norelco over the years, as most of them fit the charging port, but none were doing the job. I contacted the manufacturer and they provided me a Charging wall outlet adapter, but no USB. There was no charger available. They sent me another mock cord from the 9000 and 8000 series, and of course that had the same issue as the others. I waited yet another week after escalating the case, and received nothing. I called again, and they're shipping the same defective cord I received last month. I went back to the Target store where I bought it, and of course it's beyond the return date and they wouldn't refund it. I'm so mad!!!!! Always ask to unbox before you buy, and make sure you can charge your device before bringing it home

Even when the shaver is fully charged it sounds like it has no power. I'm lucky if it cuts half of my whiskers. I'm just mad at myself for waiting too long until I could no longer return it.
don't use it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it does not shave as good as I thought it would. Basic razors shave better. Facial hair grows back very fast compared to basic razors.
