The machine was a little to heavy and hard to pull for me...PS. I am a senior citizen

East to use. Did get online for help with adding cleaner etc. Have cleaned two room and product did a good job. For our needs the product worked great. Better than having to hire someone to do the job.

Not very strong

This is lightweight in comparison to my last Hoover. Easy to clean sbd empty dirty water. Love the bag for the attachments.

Suction gave out after a while. I carpet clean at least twice a year. I've had this for a couple years and even with cleaning suction is not great.

So far so good. Cleans a little slower than expected, but I'm mostly using it on Berber carpet which is notoriously hard to clean. Does a good job getting the water back out of the carpet. Refills are a little more frequent than I'd like, but totally tolerable for the price. I am impressed with how easy it is to clean all the parts individually after use. Overall a good machine for the money.

Does the job. Easy to use. Cleaning after use requires a bit of effort and multiple rinses to get rid of all the residue.
