This was an upgrade from my old two options pull through. It doesn't wiggle around at all when sharpening, and does a great job at honing some every day use knives. The scissors option is a sweet bonus, but I haven't tested that yet.

It doesn't take long to touch up blade. I use it for kitchen knives.

My husband used this to sharpen all our knives as soon as it arrived. Even my old knives are sharp as they could possibly be.

Follow the instructions and you will get great results. Of course you need quality knives capable of taking and holding an edge So if you try to sharpen a cheap knife, good results will not be achievable.

My knives are slicing veggies like butter. And I LOVE that my scissors are sharp again! I had purchased another cheaper brand on Amazon that was very poor (sent it back), so I was skeptical about trying this one, but it's even better than our old sharpener that I loved. I also had never had the scissor feature, so, again, I was skeptical (our cheap scissors were soooo dull I was going to throw them out). But they're super sharp now! Very happy!
