I was hoping for a little more...it works well...but not great. It is a little on the lighter side but I suppose it is relative to the price.

I reckon the guy at the farmer's market does a better job, but this little tool is good for a quickie at home.

It does what it says to a degree. Cannot get a very sharp edge with the built in sharpener blades but it does have a whetstone attached to the sides which does give a good edge to finish off with.

I’m a knife guy and have many ways to sharpen them. For some, I use whet stones and on others I use a belt sander. This sharpener is best used on those cheap knives people buy at the grocery and then ask me to sharpen for them. It is quick and simple to use, and will restore an edge to a knife that has been used until it is completely dull. Many “knife guys” hate these pull through sharpeners but I think they can be useful. This one is simple and quick to use.

I got this item as I love to cook and need to keep my knives in tiptop shape for all my cutting needs. This does a great job and is a good value for money.

Pros: You can sharpen many household knives/scissors, lightweight, gets them very sharp!Cons: kind of bulky to store

Made my cheap knives very sharp.

Not a very good instruction booklet. It assumes you already know how to use it.

Sharpened a few knifes and was impressed. Knifes were better.
