The lamp was the whole day in the sun, but it doesn’t work

Beware before purchasing this product. The one I received was defective and leans to one side. The seller stated they would refund it and sent me shipping label that I have to pay to ship the product back to Hong Kong. To ship this product to Hong Kong would cost double or more of what I paid to purchase it in the first place (depending on what carrier is used). Amazon should have this information clear in the product description on where you have to return things for any reason so that you know before you buy the product that if you need to return it you have an idea of how expensive it will be especially if the seller is international! To ship something internationally will most of the time cost more than what you pay for the product! It feels like it is a scam, as who would pay double the cost of the merchandise to return a product just to get a refund! This was a costly lesson, now I am stuck with a defective product and out $90+ dollars!

Nice and stylish but stopped working after 2 weeks. Seller hard to work with to get a return shipping label. Would neither recommend product nor seller.

I have had these lanterns for just over a year and the solar panel doesn’t work. Some of the four that I ordered won’t turn on at all and the one that does blinks on and off for hours and runs off. They look great but don’t work. Would never buy them again. No way of contacting the seller for replacements.

So when I bought these originally I paid over $100 for them they only lasted me eight months now they don’t charge at all and I’m trying to get the seller to tell me if you can replace the rechargeable batteries but based on what I read I don’t think you can so honestly it’s not worth the price if they’re just gonna stop charging after the first year you owe them Invest in ones that you can replace the batteries

I have one that is awesome but this new one is not lighting up so I’m returning it to get a new one and hopefully it will be just as great as the other one.

Bought this a few months ago and it's hardly used! I kept it inside due to the extreme weather outside - rain and windy - for the last 4 months. Anyway, one works fine but one doesn't turn on at all. It did turn on twice before. I left then out side all day today, still only one turn on!Is there a number I can call for them to replace the one that doesn't work?? This is terrible :-(

Stop leaving them 5 star reviews for a sub-par product and maybe they would fix it!!! I love the look of these! Gorgeous BUT they are crap! I have bought a total of 3 at different times since 2021 in hopes they would fix the light issue. Basically the solar light stops working (shoot 1 didn’t work right out of the box so at least i could return that one) the other 3 are just useless yard art at this point. You would think by now and reading all the reviews that they would have fixed this issue or at least sell the solar tops separately. I would totally buy a replacement top every year if needed but to spend $80 on something that lasts a couple months at best is BS.

I hate that over time yhe light stop working. They need to sell replacement parts!

Purchased last August. Loved how they looked and worked originally. Unfortunately both solar panels have quit working. Figured for 80+ dollars apiece they would last for years. Disappointed.
