Product broke within a month of using. The sides bent in half.

Like a lot of the other reviews say, this item flips very easily. Returned the next day.

Bought Swing for replacements of existing swings . After 2 days 1 of the eyebolts stripped out. I Would like to know if I can get a replacements swing rope and eyebolts.

The swing ripped after just an hour if use. The seller never responded to emails either. Not super easy to put together. It is a nice size, but the the quality is not great. I'm not sure if it would withstand any weather outside. Ours is inside and still ripped right away.

Though this swing in cheery and bright, I’m not sure this will last. The included rope was frayed upon arrival. Nothing on SORBUS paper work points us to a customer service number or website for replacement parts.

This surfboard swing looked so fun! But the reality was not so great. It was very tippy and easily would flip up. It did not feel at all safe for my 4 year old. Even I as an adult had to be very careful getting on and off and found doing so scary. It might work for older kids, but we had to return it.

It's not horrible if it's for really little kids like ages 2 to 4. But kids older than that I would say it's not very durable and it flips easily. The only reason why I got this one was because they were sold out of the one I wanted. We have a sky curve on our swing set that is amazing. I would definitely recommend that over this swing. Especially because they're around the same price.

Metal frame arrived with jagged edges that cut my husband while he was assembling and he had to file down. Fabric lasted less than a year. Tried to contact seller to see if I could purchase a new fabric and received response that item was outside warranty so there was nothing they could do. Recommend getting from a different seller with better customer service.

Yeah so this sucks. Didn’t have any overweight kids on it. Have had it for two months
