I washed and used them to cook dinner and I was so impressed at how well they cooked the temperature stays even throughout the pan. My egg stayed where I put it and didn’t slide all over the pan. You don’t need much oil at all so that’s a plus for my family and I. I am going to get on the website and buy the entire collection I’m so impressed and in love with these. Highly recommend.

Not only did this brand do a great job at making these look so sleek but extremely functional for example the lid isn’t just a lid. They purposely designed the lid to also be used as a spoon holder to contain your mess while cooking. They designed the pan with a handle that can be exposed to high heat environments so you can transfer your pan from stovetop to oven without a worry! In the instructions it states that you don’t need high heat on the stovetop with these pans to get heat high enough to cook with, which I was a little skeptical of at first, but no I cooked my whole meal at med low! Cleaning was a breeze because of the non stick surface!

Cleanable with melamine sponge!!! Definitely a solid design with riveted handles. I'm confident to use on my smoker, blackstone or any other cook yop surface!!

I was introduced to GreenPan during Christmas by one of the talk shows showing Oprah's favorite things. What caught my eyes was "healthy ceramic nonstick PFAS-Free." I purchased the Nova starter set. I was so impressed that I have since ordered several pieces more. My 8 inch fry pan arrived this week and I just love it. Best thing I did for myself for the new year. -Renee

This cookware is very sturdy and I love the color. It is very easy to clean.

I love cooking in these pans. However, the clay color gets stained. Only had a couple weeks and already stained.
