Happy with these pans! It would have been nice to have 4 scratch-prevention mats vs only two, and wok!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the “chef” of the house, having a good pan set is VERY important to me. The “Nova” 3 piece Frypan Set makes getting dinner done easy with the quick- even heating, as well as keeping my family healthy thanks to the PFAS-free ceramic nonstick coating. I absolutely love that the 10in lid fits both the Frypan, as well as the Sauté pan. Both clean easily, with no “burn” marks. The Clay color-way fits in with any kitchen, and gives a sophisticated look. Although it does not hinder the cooking, the bottom of the pans did scratch easily after being used on the grills of my gas stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, these pans are fairly good for your run of the mill non stick pan. They are very easy to clean and generally pretty durable. I’ll be curious to see how they hold up over time but so far I’ve enjoyed them. I’m use to cooking with a very hot heat with my pans as I typically use stainless steel but the Green pans require a medium to low heat. In general, good for frying eggs but not useful in searing steak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nova Skillet set was my first experience using a Green Pan. I absolutely love the look and feel of the skillets and I appreciate the lid that fits both pans. There is a bit of a learning curve learning to use them but the instructions were easy to follow. They didn’t heat up as quick as I had anticipated but the food cooked evenly and cleanup was a breeze!

I love my new pans and have been using them everyday. The only thing that I was disappointed about is that the metal rim around the pan even before using them had some of the metal trim peeling and scratched up. Dee
