I am using these indoors in place of some tile that I removed. I was going to use them temporarily, but they look so nice that I'm going to keep them in my utility room permanently and take them with me when I sell the house. The ease of setting them down and snapping into place in contrast with the process for installing wood or tile is a game changer.

The last box I ordered they were spread further apart and they didn’t click together

Ive ordered many boxes of these. Some from this company but last 3 boxes had one box with many tiles broken off or some lose wood pieces. Many in same box had either tabs that connect them broke off or bend way under. Made of a plastic metal of some sort. I tried to put a couple in like that in hopes in few days walking on they would go back flat to floor. But nope, still had a raise to those two I tired. Now next thing is one of the good boxes of the two was completely different pattern of the arcadia wood. Just straight slates in stead of the 3 boxes ordered in this order to be same checkered pattern as all arcadia Im ordering or already got in. Doing 4 different large areas in it. Because I was down to last box then order more I see straight slate style. I did some rearranging of area was doing & worked them in away it gave slight different pattern on floor I was doing because Im one to do my best to use if able than return. I got boxes back out of trash to see what happened & seen a person pulled the wrong box number. It has two numbers on boxes that come in. Large numbers all same but if a person goes to get a order with more than one box purchased must look closer at second number on boxes. I do write reviews alot when really like something or if something that comes in from Amazon that is truly a bad issue with a order that especially on home improvements & money tight for many ppl in world during this pandemic. Im in need of more as said because doing large up high deck on back of house a patio with jucuzzi new putting on it and like this flooring so much that wanted in a room in our home. In this review I have hopes that Costway will send checkered box asap as ordered because of all issues as stated above & still didnt ask for refund. Im ordering more & will update this review with out come of this issue. If they good company they will send me a new box out for thr one that had so many damaged pieces in the box without charge. Also seen from all Ive got has a yellow band around stack of 20 in box so not shift so much in shipment & only one box had the band around them & it was the simple straight slated type. The checkerbox pattern had no bands around them in the two boxes I got. Ive order alot if items from Amazon & for most all few issues Ive had, like said as these just donated or repaired if could instead of refund. At this time of pandemic companies need financial help is another reason just didnt get refunded & got from other company Id ordered from as well. We bought these tiles to add to an outside patio deck. We purchased these in the summer and were quite pleased with the ease of installation and the look. Within 30 minutes we had a great looking patio deck. Then winter came and when the snow melted we were left with tiles that are bare and ugly. Some tiles are warped and most of the shellac is gone. The description stated that these tiles are great for outdoor use and are seasonally durable. When we contacted the the seller we were told our 6 month guarantee had expired but they wanted to make things right by offering us $40. We paid almost $400 to do the small space. We would only recommend these tiles for indoor or protected area use. We are very disappointed as we really liked the idea of these tiles. Maybe we will use the $40 to buy a can of shellac and sand paper to redo the tiles. #didnotmeetexpectations
