have done everything asked and replaced parts they have sent. They say they will refund, but item now cost more, and expect to be compensated for more expensive unit, or new unit ship to replace one that doesn't work.

Now after fixing the car and now return it. Company should double check before selling the product. You are charging $150.. wth

Product constructed of the thinnest most cheap plastic. Remote controls don't work and the cars barely moved. Can't be returned unless in prestige original packaging (impossible to do once you construct the vehicles to find they don't work. My 2 year old nieces wouldn't even try them they moved so slowly. Super disappointed and actually a bit angry that manufacturers could care less about the quality of the products they put out.

The car is dead after 30 days use, seller refused to refund money and prepaid label. Be aware

This cheap car was dead on arrival and would not charge. The seller made it very hard to get a refund so I have a 150 dollar plastic junk sitting in my garage.

For the love of God please save your money and do not purchase this product ours no longer works and my daughter has driven it less than 5 times. The seller wants me to purchase a battery replacement when we don’t even know if that’s the issue so disappointed and pissed off

Came with 2 missing tires

To small don't look nothing like the pictures and the battery dies fast

Consumer alert! Day 1 the rubber in the tire was falling off. My concern is what is going to break next week. The return process has been very difficult.
