Cannot connect to my Phone nor my iPad to activate, it keeps saying "we didn't see the Tile Slim, tap continue to add your tile original instead" then it stops pairing, but I don't even have the Original Tile, very frustrating.

Hate new home screen. And i am going ro rate u poorly if u keep popping up a rate screen. Tile works HALF THE TIME

Can't replace the battery but they don't mention that. Product is disosable after one year. If you don't mind paying $25 for a disposable piece of plastic, you will love spending your money on this.

Constantly disconnects even when sitting beside the phone. Then you have to reboot the app. battery life less than advertised. Not good. Look elsewhere.

This product is TERRIBLE. I ordered it for my dad for Christmas and I opened it up to set it up and it didn't work. I then contacted Costumer Service at TILE and they said they would send me a replacement and they never did. And now, because I was waiting to receive a replacement and I never did, my return time ran out. So I bought this product and I can't even use it. Ridiculous.

This a a $10 product at best....

I have several tile products and most work great. Tile Slim is another story. I have it in my wallet and I can have the wallet Right next to the tile slim, and it is unable to find it. Yes, it is slim and fits in the wallet well. However, if it doesn't work, I have no use for it.

In the event that you actually need to find something the tile will not work. Does not work as advertised. This is a scam.

I bought a single at one of the big box home improvement stores. Placed it in my wife's phone carrier because she loses her phone with regularity. When you ring the Tile there can be no noise in the house, and you literally will not hear it until you get 3 feet from it. This is probably a good idea but someone will put this company out of business when they make one you can hear. Needless to say, I would not buy this again.
