Waste of money, very low sound. Does not ring phone, does not ring tile. Easier to lose wallet and replace than to mess with this thing

What they don’t tell you is that this is disposable and the battery cannot be changed. When the battery dies, it’s trash.

Does not work most of the time. When it does, can hardly hear it and not very accurate. To make it worse, the battery died in less than a year. You cannot replace the battery...you have to buy another one.

Lost my wallet last night . Look at last known location. Said it was three weeks ago. Thanks a lot.

Useless. Doesn't work well at all. I have to have my phone literally 5 feet away from the tracker for it to ring - and even then it takes forever to connect. The regular Tile works much better.

My Tiles started failing 3 month ago it started with one and I contacted customer service but they never reached back... Now 3 months after the other four I have all failed also they don’t sound and when you hit it to find your phone it doesn’t work also. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT ! This people are tricking you with a defective product and their customer service don’t reach out and there is no phone number to call and speak directly!!!

I bought the Slim directly from Tile. I thought it was an awesome idea for finding my wallet.Unfortunately it stopped working after a few months. Tile Support is horrible to deal with.

Peice of crap. It's 50/50 if it even works and customer service ignores you. I bought 4 and 1 of 3 actually worked for more than a week. One month later all the batteries are dead and you can't change them.

stopped working completely doesn’t make any noise and the app can’t find the tile..

I struggle to see the value in a finder tool that doesn't ring when you're looking for it. Not even an option. I'm a fan of the regular tile for my keys but this was a serious miss.
