I have the tile key chains and they work fine but this shortly broke after I bought it and hasn't worked since. The replacement process is time consuming and I would not get it again.It also could not transmit from the inside of a simple leather wallet so all in all a very disappointing product. Avoid.

Its only good for one year. Then its worthless. Make it so I can replace the battery! Or Ill never buy another one again. At first I thought this was a great idea and was going to buy a bunch of them for family this Xmas.

Completely unreliable.Such a disappointment after being mostly happy with the other Tile. This “slim” has never worked. I am looking into alternatives for all of my Tile products, as this company has lousy (well non-existant) customer service to boot.

While this works great for about a year, it is, in the words of another buyer, trash - when the battery dies. Tile management should be tarred and feathered - and if you don't what that means, pick up a history book!

 This is my second Tile Slim within a year. The connectivity is maddeningly inconsistent. In the included video, bluetooth is turned on and the phone is literally right next to the Tile...You had one job Tile...one job!

It will never work when you need it I’ve been using tiles from two years .and like the old saying fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me, so now I try to pay extra 30$ a year on the app to get a notification when I forget Tile or my stuff it should send me an alert 😂😂 it will send an alert after you are 20 Miles away or you’re not on planet earth anymore that’s the worst product I ever deal with and trust me I tried four different Tiles (stay away)

The Tile Slim is the easiest to be damaged due to its Slim body. I got a new one and it was already non-working because the contacts were loose inside. So when trying to ring the tile, it would only ring when depressed at some points. Their customer service is also horrible - many emails no reply. So beware.

I got this thinking I could solve my problems of finding my phone. After 24 hours though, the tiles don't keep good connections and I can't find anything with it. These MIGHT be helpful if I was looking for something and didn't care WHEN I found it. These are useless to find anything quickly and their customer service has been MIA.

Tech support is NON existent. I've been emailing for over a month now. All tech support says is troubleshooting that I have done over & over again. Will NEVER buy again.

Imagine trying to find your wallet in a small house and your Tile app says it'll alert you when it's found. You keep looking and get an alert, it's found hooray! Then you go to start ringing it and it's already "lost' again. If the range is more than 15 feet then it's a mile.
