I bought tile slim based on my great experience with original tile. And this product is very bad as compared to the orignial tile slim. They reduced the size of original tile but then in that process they reduced the goodness of the product too. Now I can't find my keys and have to walk minutes to figure them out. The signal is really bad and 90% of the time , tile is right next to my phone and still the app cannot find the tile. So try to get the old legacy tile if possible. Tile slim is very bad, avoid it like plague

This was a gift (maybe a gag gift?). I decided to activate today. I created an account, signed in, and got their "verification" required, send a confirming email message. It's been over an hour, and the confirming email message with the verification code has not yet arrived. I've checked, spam, all filters, and an email archive system. I'm not "missing it"; its not here.After reading other's complaints about poor service and quality, I'm done.Cool idea, but the execution is terrible.

I very very impressed at the beginning of using my tile to find my cell or the opposite. It worked well for about 4 months. Then I received the information that they are only designed to last a year! Well I suppose that nice 4 piece with 2 slim and 2 tile was a misinformed disaster.and a loss. These things are not inexpensive. Definitely will chalk that investment as a plunk...

This product worked way worse than the first tile I bought (which was the previous generation). I can't hear it as well, the range is worse, the battery died quicker, and it was more expensive. I'm extremely annoyed that not only can I not replace the battery, I didn't even have the option of buying the same product I purchased in the first place...and I like every 'update' less than what I had before. I love(d) my tiles and specifically love how user-friendly the app was, but this company sucks.

Enormous waste of money. This product only works if you are near your item (wallet/keys). If I’m near it, I wouldn’t need it! My son list his wallet yesterday. The tile could only tell us where the wallet was 3 days ago. I know where it was 3 days ago. I want to know where it is NOW! That’s the definition of lost and stolen. I don’t need something that gives a faint beep when it’s wedged beneath a cushion. I’m interested in a product that shows me on my phone where an item is when it’s been placed on the roof of the car and forgotten before driving away or picked from your pocket or purse. That’s the definition of LOST. Very disappointed in the limitation of this product and won’t buy again 🎤⬇️

These things suck. I'm not sure how they get positive reviews. I guess other people don't lose their things as much as I do. Sometimes they pick up a list item when I activate it. Maybe about half the time. Other times, when I find the item with a tile on my own, Even right next to my phone it won't pick it up. It's so funny when it tells my that my house is the last known location so I should begin looking for my item there. Yep, I could do that before I spent money on tile.

Sort of worked when I was holding my keys in my hand, but usually the app just kept spinning and never found it. After a couple weeks it stopped making noise and is now garbage.

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. 1.) Failed products. It happens to every brand. It's how the customer service deals with it. Also notice the (s) in products. 2.) It is a hardware issue so DON'T send emails that is could be your phone. IT'S NOT. Listening to your customers is KEY for customer service. 3). When you listen make sure that you listen to the whole story. I have 2 broken tiles. SO DON'T ONLY SEND ONE TILE TO REPLACE TWO. Again listening is KEY. 4.) Sure this can sometimes happen but having English speakers that can speak English FLUENTLY can sometimes fix this issue. 5.) Be more on top of the online chat. It should not take 30 min to say here is what we can do for you and I can set up a appointment to talk to my manager. 6.) Managers anywhere should make the customers happy. Ya a lot of things go wrong but it is how you deal with it that counts. 7.) After about 2 hours on the phone and talking to people at least say "HAVE A GOOD DAY." How hard should this be??? The customer and the customer's referral to others makes you money. So to get more money you make the customers happy. After I get my warranty replacements I will not be buying any Tile products and will not be referring others to buy a Tile. Buy a better brand like Cube

It does not work very well at all, and I have 18 of them. I put one on my drone and the locator said it was right next to me, when it was 300 Yard’s away in my Neibor’s bushes thankfully my phone number was on it... I have a slim in my wallet and you can take the phone app right next to it, the app will ask notify you when it’s found , that it does but where is my wallet. I’m going to change all mine and try another product this tile app does enough to give you hope but forget about finding your keys drone or wallet.

Whoa whoa whoa...I received a 3 pack of the slim tiles and tried them out. First off not that accurate and then I found out that the batteries are not replaceable. It’s $28 for one slim tile?! Omg I am product designer and this is not a sustainable product. All that plastic and over the top packaging for a very temporary device. Come on tile team...don’t forget to create great products that make a positive impact and not just some money making gimmick. I’ll be throwing these in the trash.
