After receiving this patio set in the mail, it was quick to see that two out of six chairs were unsalvageable due to the poor quality. The screws did not align with the products design despite what the instruction manual has written.

Very frustrating to put together. As others have said, the material on the chairs was covering the screw holes and we had to slice some pieces away in order for the chairs to go together. Additionally, we have had this "outdoor" set for less than 2 months and there are mold spores on the table top.

whoever designed the item needs to get a new job, the holes (if not covered by the material) do not align making screwing the chairs nearly impossible. one of the screws won't even thread into the hole. while it looks nice I do not recommend anyone purchasing unless you would like an all day headache

The set came with 4 of the 6 chairs with defective hardware, they could not be assembled. After literally spending about 2 hours on the phone with Target folks asking to replace the defective parts, I have finally given up. I have called and spoken to several different folks at Target and also have emailed them with promises to follow up , but nothing has happened . Would never order again. Sad for a company that promises excellent customer service and I literally shop here several times a week.

Terrible quality. Didn’t even last one year! Wood warped very fast and woven material is literally deteriorating.

Port manufacturing. 1) Spot weld on anchor point (nut) for table failed, which meant the bolt could not be screwed in further to secure joint, but also nut could not be secured to extract screw to examine issue, required physical extraction of bolt. 2) Defective thread on anchor nut on chair legs stripped out threads on bolt, and will require re-tapping with a tap & die set to correct.

Complete junk. Chincy. Low Quality. Returning.

Received my item and a lot of the pieces are bent, cheaply made, screw holes don't line up well. It this was under $100 might be worth it. Only good thing I can say is that from afar it looks nice
