The seating is 3" to 4" lower than a standard chair/loveseat. If this is a problem, order a different set. The seating area is a bit smaller than normal as well. Everything was included, including the Allen wrenches. It takes about 60-90 minutes to assemble. When attaching the seating platforms, attach them at the rear first, and then the sides. It makes the process easier. Overall, we are pleased with the quality and price. Pretty good set for the money. Do not tighten the screws 100% until all are properly seated. Cut the bend off one of the Allen wrenches and it makes an excellent drill bit to finish the tightening process. Make sure and set the clutch on your drill so as to not overtighten.

So far so good. A few months later writing the review and so far everything is holding up well. The color is vibrant, the cushions are too, just note the loveseat is very small, and the chairs are about the size of a regular lawn chair.

After bad communication on shipping, the furniture arrived. It's packed amazing. Easy to assemble. Seems sturdy. Looks really nice. I do recommend buying furniture covers to protect them.

This outdoor furniture set is smaller than expected, but perfect for me as I actually don't want bulky chairs, it's very nice and comfy. The only thing is the wicker material smells pretty strong odor, which I hope will go away after it sits outside for a while.

I put this together myself in maybe an hour or so. Assembly was super easy and it’s light weight enough for me to move the pieces myself but still seems quite sturdy. The legs of the bench and one of the chairs are slightly off level so they wobble a bit when empty and touched. That being said when you sit on them, they don’t wobble or move much. Again they seem pretty sturdy, maybe slightly lower than most sets but not “too low”. Overall for the price so far I like the set. I just put it together today and haven’t really gotten use of it yet. I’ve just sat in each piece quickly after assembly to test.

We received the package in a somewhat damaged box so we were apprehensive of the insides but everything was ok. Anyway, the install was very straight forward. If you have an electric drill with swappable heads, the process is that much quicker. But even manually, its not bad. I will say though, for some of the boards, the "ends" are not .. smooth. In other words, if you're not careful, you can get cuts and bruises. So just a heads up for those people - pls dont rush into sticking your hands trying to grab the boards. I would say use some caution and gently feel the sides and be confident its OK before you start putting it together. I had a minor cut due to this :(. Anyway, the overall fit and finish is excellent! We love it! The value is great and .. did I say we love it :).
