I received the blowout styler on Oct 27 and used 2 times a week for 5 weeks. The last time I used it, for approx 5 to 6 minutes, it over heated and got really hot. The sound of the unit also changed. I turned it off to let it cool down. A few days later I went to use it again and it was dead.. for this reason I would not recommend this product.. Note: when the blower brush worked, it was easy to use and i liked the results... Just burnt out in just over a month...

J’ai utilisé mon outil 5 fois en 2 mois et il a brisé. C’est comme s’il a surchauffé. Le délai de retour était déjà dépassé.. je dois faire affaire avec la cie elle-même. Acheté en février 2021 et brisé en avril 2021.

I like the idea and the convenience of not holding a hairdryer and a brush. Its easy to use and does dry my hair nicely. But the cool setting is rubbish, it's not cool and sounds like a high pitched aeroplane engine at full throttle so I can't bear to that setting. I have used it approx once a week for a year and 4 months and this morning it started to sputter, threw out some smoke and died. For £99 I would have expected it to last many years. I've owned £10 hairdryers that have lasted a decade. Won't be buying another.

I LOVED this dryer. I used it about two times a week for the past four months. It made drying and straightening my hair in one step super easy. Unfortunately, after about four months of use, it has stopped working! It just died and started smoking yesterday when I was in the middle of drying my hair. It stopped blowing and just made a humming noise and got red hot inside and almost burned my hand!

I bought this dryer about a year ago, and LOVED IT! One year later the motor started smoking and bam it no longer works. If you are looking for something with longevity, this is not the one.

Only use it for a month and it's not working now

I love , love love this! However it died today, after about 7 months of using about 4 days per week. It smoked and then went dead. A sad day indeed.

I loved this. It took a few tries to figure out the best way to use the tool. About a month later the tool stopped blowing out hot air, just room temperature air, so it didn't last long and I was pretty disappointment especially since it was a more expensive version
