PERFECT, while it last...

LOVED IT, used it for 5 months, had so much good comments on my hair! And now it has burned out. Won't start again, can't use it, have to get a new one (which won't happen). Very disappointing to be honest.

Takes a long time to dry hair straight.

Heavy blow dryer.

Not as good as expected

I was expecting more professional results, like when you get a blowout at a salon. Hoped for a smooth finish. Honestly, it was just as frizzy as when I use my regular blow dryer. Does give a little lift. Not worth the money, in my opinion.

Love it, but...

I love this thing. I had to send it back for a exchange though because after a week it emitted a high pitched squeal when it was on. Hopefully #2 is a keeper. It’s easy to use and fast. No more irons!!

Not good for thick or curly hair

If you have thick curly hair like me this won't work!! Also gets very hot while holding and trying to dry your hair. Perfect for thinner straighter hair

Works fine but I still use my regular hair dryer

I really like this thing. I have frizzy hair, and this allows my to dry and style my hair, without having to use another heat product after it’s dry. My only complaint, and the reason I can’t give it 5 stars, is the lack of heat control. It gets VERY hot. Your options are burning hot, or room temperature lol

Not comfortable and losing the bristles

It does have great drying power and does get very warm, however the handle isn't comfortable and for someone with small hands kind of difficult to manipulate. I do have longer hair and thank goodness if my hair is sectioned correctly it doesn't take terribly long. My hair is thicker and tends to take 30+ minutes with a standard blow dryer. This was more like 10 to 15. I can comment about volume because my hair already has natural volume. Biggest issue though with it beside the not comfortable to manipulate, is the plastic bristles are easily pulled out with thick hair. I lost about a 1/3 with only using it a couple a times a week.

Returned for multiple reasons, but product worked as described

I wanted to love this product! I watched a ton of YouTube videos and thought this would be a great dryer styler in one. While it did whatbit described (dry and straighten at same time) it didn’t work well for me. 1) I have fine medium length hair with some wave at bottom. That said, my challenges were as follows: the air disperses out the entire length and circumference of the styler. Which means that first, bottom layer, very hot air is , at top speed, hitting your skin, head and face. Even on low setting it scalded the hand trying to hold end of hair straight while moving brush downward, and my face. To use you need the curl brush under piece of hair and hold end of piece so it doesn’t fly away during process, and because it doesn’t dry in one swipe you have to go over and over piece multiple times making hair so hot, you can’t hold the end piece nor does brush hold it “around brush while drying. This may be very different for thicker hair. Last, when completed my hair stick up like a fine halo of split ends all over my head. Note it’s quarantine and I can’t get my hair trimmed, but I used conditioner, smoothing serum (frizz free), and a heat spray prior to using tool. It just didn’t work for my fine hair. It dried and styled in about same timeframe it takes with brush and regular dryer. For being a hair dryer it was surprisingly lighter than regular dryer and did in fact dry and straiten hair. It just looked and felt smother the traditional way, and I ended up with major hot/ burn areas on forehead while trying to do bangs (NOT) and on hand and head. Probably with some use you could avoid....it just wasn’t worth $80 when I already paid for the best hairdryer, brush or straightener. It worked okay, just not for me.

Stopped working

I loved this product until it stopped working a month into having it. A couple minutes into using it it made a weird noise and just stopped working all together. I was bummed.

Stops working after a few uses

When I first got this thing, I loved it. Now I'm less than happy with it. It used to get the job done so well and gave my hair great volume. This morning I tried using it and it took so much longer to do, and I still didn't get good results. My hair looks they way it did when straighteners first started coming out. I don't know if y'all understand what I mean, but basically the old straighteners would leave my hair frizzy with a few wavy/curly strands. That's what I'm getting from this tool now.
