it was amazing for the 4 months, but just burnt out and stopped working and left a smoky smell. maybe it was my mistake but Im disappointed.

High pitched piercing noise occurs when drying, which is very annoying. Manufacturer defect. Hot Tools should consider a recall. Otherwise works great.

Brush could be smaller. Heat power is elite. I would recommend it even to those with curly hair.

Heavy bulky loud and makes hair frizzy. I do have quite damaged hair though. My arms got very tired using but overall good product.

I don't understand I take it to Dominican republic, to use it there ,I just had like 2 months with it and it just turned it off and never turned on again.It didn't work properly in Dominican Republic(Less power).

It’s too wide and large unless you have really long hair. I like to have my hair flip under and I have longer than shoulder length hair. I will try to find one with a smaller diameter. It worked okay to blow dry my hair but wan’t awesome for the money.

Not as great as the Revlon one but gets the job done.

It’s really loud. That’s the only thing I dislike about it. It dries beautifully, it’s easy to use, my hair has volume and body. It just hurts my ears so I don’t use it. 😬
