Heavy, gets really hot, and died after 10 months of using less than once a week. Very disappointed!

It worked for 10 months. Last time I used it flames were coming out of motor. Didn't even use weekly.. Would not spend $ on this product again. Concept is great but would recommend any other brand.

I bought this back in April (2020) and the motor has already gone out! It was a great tool, just didn't last. Very disappointed in Hot Tools. Will not purchase another one from Hot Tools. Will try a different brand

Thought it would be a step above the Revlon One step dryer. Very disappointed worked about 6 times and then just died. Was on vacation and power just went . I hope they will refund me. Also, makes a lot more noise than other dryers I have used.

I love this tool except the high heat setting stopped working after a month!

I absolutely loved this tool when I first got it but have to say that I am now disappointed. I was traveling and the tool gets too hot and starts running funny. I have to let it cool down before finishing the rest of my hair.

5 months after buying it, it died without warning. I didn't even use it every week.

Hair is frizzy after the blowout and feels super dry and damaged. Had super high expectations and couldn't wait to get this tool. Very disappointed with the results.

It’s louder than a hair dryer

Bought in June....have only used about 20 times since I purchased because it takes for ever to dry my hair. Not even 6 months old and it has quit working....thought it was going blow up while I was trying to use it today. I'm not sure if its been recalled but something faulty on this dryer has occurred for it not work with not much use in less than 6 months!!!
