Great product! I did find though as I have short but very thick hair that it took 2x as long as my normal hairdryer and brush. My hair did come out a lot sleeker. I will continue to use when I am not in a rush.

I chose this over the competitor and im not sure if ill keep it.. Love the drying power and it does smooth better than regular round brush and blow dryer. I like that it has heat settings, but 2 bristles broke off on the first use, I expected better for the cost.

I'm very sad, the brush is amazing!! the hair was very smooth and shiny but the durability very bad. Hot Tools will need to check the technical things. I used one time per week durind 2 months, it is not fare and it's very expensive compare with other brands....very very sad :o/

Definitely for somebody that like the volume look. And it dries my hair very quickly with my thick hair.

I was hoping to be completely wow-ed. It's super heavy, to hold when drying long hair.

The brush is very large but it does dry your hair quickly

I love the ease of drying... but the first one I ordered had an ear piercing screech when in use... second one... still there but tolerable. This is a HEAVY tool. It is NOT for those with weak wrists or carpal tunnel...

I've used this item 3 times. It gets REALLY hot and the cool button doesn't cool at all. It's more of a warm button. I may try using that setting to see how long it takes to dry/style my hair. Once of the plastic bristles has already fallen off of it. I do like the way my hair looks and it is so much easier than a blow dryer and a brush. Hair stays smooth and it is shiny.

Okay... makes hair a bit frizzy and not much different than a normal hair drier. Doesn’t really make me look like I got a blow out.

UPDATE: got a replacement for the faulty one today....so far so good...gonna hold onto the box for a while just in case...raises stars from 1 to 3 for the quick and efficient replacement 😊 INITIAL: so incredibly disappointed...was excited for this product...just got it today...plugged it in and low setting did not work at all, cool setting was just as hot as high setting 😞 will try again with replacement
