I have been using this since December on my bikini and armpits. I have not noticed any change in the amount of hair I have. I always use it at 7 and sometimes it's painful even though I use it after shaving. Overall feel like I was mislead.

I am so disappointed in this product. I feel like any positive review is fake. I have been using this for 6 plus months and there is absolutely no difference. I use as directed, twice a week without fail. And by textbook, I am the perfect candidate with skin and hair color. I wasted a lot of time and money for nothing. And, it is quite painful and will sometimes do an extra hot burst which is extremely painful like holding a hot iron to my skin. I would not recommend. Just save your money and get a few treatments by a professional instead. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I have light skin and brown hair. I used this product as directed for 16 weeks (twice the recommended treatment time - hoping it would eventually work) at the maximum intensity without significant benefit. I tried to return the product but since it was out of the 90 day window. I'm stuck with it. I do not recommend the Flasher 2.0. It does not provide "permanent hair removal" as advertised. I'm also disappointed with the customer service.

Sister Found the same handset cheaper in shaver shop, but it was a different brand. Not sure why they charge more.

Unfortunately, like many others posting reviews, the Flasher 2.0 did not work for me despite having the ideal hair and skin color for this product. I wrote to Nood after 12 weeks of no results, and I was given a list of things to try. I moved my usage up from 2-3 times per week to 4 times per week, and I pressed more firmly. I tried again with these adjustments for 8 more weeks, without any results. The worst part is that after contacting them again, I was told that it was now too late to return as after 120 days, the "system no longer allows us to refund our customers." As a business owner whose spouse is a computer scientist, I'm confused by this statement. I replied with my disappointment wishing I had been told this earlier, and I haven't heard back. Please, if this product doesn't work for you, return within 90 days! Don't give them the benefit of the doubt and continue trying, as they won't refund.

1) It is very time-consuming, it takes far longer than their marketing and websites claims. When I unboxed and read the instructions I was overwhelmed by the massive commitment this would take and I just did not have that kid of free time in my schedule so it sat for two months. 2) I finally committed and did it every 2-3 days carefully following instructions. After two months, my armpit hair has diminished but BARELY. 3) it is NOT pain free!!! Sensitive areas like face, underarms and bikini line: OUCH!! No way I'll be sitting around for HOURS every week to use this on my legs. Overall, I'm not impressed and wouldn't recommend it. Such a waste of money.

Easy to use, painless, but isn't effective. I am the prime candidate (light skin, dark hair) and followed directions to a T: shave and shower and exfoliate before every use, used at highest level, on a regular schedule. I used on my pits and bikini line and I did 10 weeks of full treatment and I am here to report that hair is growing back pretty much as normal. I wanted this product to work SO bad. I reached out to the company and they said to try it for longer which I did. The only problem with that is, they get you past the point where you can return it and get a refund. I'm super bummed. Not only a lot of money invested but also time.

Purchased Nood many months back. Began to use it religiously following the instruction on the card included and still have to shave within 2-3 days. Wish I didn't wait to use the product, so I could return it.

Did nothing for me, returned it. I have the ideal skin and hair color and followed the directions exactly but it did nothing….absolutely nothing. Huge waste of time, luckily I was able to return in.

I have had this item since December, and have been using 2-3 times a week for 8 weeks and see no positive difference. If anything I have MORE ingrown hairs than ever before since using... Really disappointed this is doing nothing for me.
