Deeply regret spending money on this. Followed protocol precisely from May through September, matching all criteria with fair skin and dark hair. Used twice weekly without fail but saw zero improvement. Hair continued growing normally, requiring constant maintenance. Nothing changed anywhere I tried it. Unfortunately missed refund period. Total disappointment.

I have the exact combo that this is supposed to work for, light skin and dark (black brown) hair. I have done this 2x per week for almost 3 full months at full power and have not seen a reduction in hair growth. The device changes its power level on its own as you use it. Sometimes it changes on the number itself display on the screen, but often times it says it is at the highest level, but you can tell that it’s not because it does not flash as brightly, and it does not sting at all. I have to turn it off and turn it back on to get it to feel like it’s doing something. I’m really upset that they have such a short window for returns of this expensive item. I will not be purchasing items of this caliber through Target in the future.

I was hopeful about this device, but "disappointment" is an understatement. I have the "optimal" skin tone and hair color that the device should work on. It took around 2 hour per session 2-3 times per week so it was extremely hard to keep up with and I certainly would not agree that it is painless. I used the device consistently for about 24 weeks because I kept emailing asking for tips to improve results and staff kept encouraging continued use. Unfortunately, by the time I gave up on trying to get results, I was then told that it was too late to return the device, so now I can't even get a refund. Very frustrated with what a HUGE waste of time and money this was. Definitely don't recommend.

Does NOT work for bikini area. I followed the instructions exactly and after 7 weeks see no difference at all.

Device worked great at first, but was defective after 6 months - emailed support and was told I would receive a replacement once I shipped back the defective unit. It's been more than a month, no unit and no response to my follow up emails. If you are thinking about buying, consider a company/product who treats their customers better.

I received this as a gift for Christmas and was super excited to use it. I've been using this consistently for 10 weeks now, 2 sessions a week and a minimum of 3 passes on each area at a 7 setting. I'm still having hair growth in all areas. Yes it has delayed the hair growth on my legs but areas with coarser hair have little signs of improvement. I feel the advertisement of being hair free in 8 weeks of less is false.

Unfortunately this did not work anywhere except my legs, which already had minimal hair from laser treatment. I have the ideal hair/skin combo (dark hair, fair skin) and used it 3x week at the highest setting for 10+ weeks. Very disappointing!

I have the 'optimal' hair and skin tones they say this should work on spent the WEEKS of time using this product and it did not work at all. I followed all directions and wrote them about it not working and they sent me directions again. I decided I'd try the full schedule again to see if it would work the second time round, and the device actually started shocking me. Even before that - I would not say this was 'painless' at all. Bummer and major waste of time (and money). Wreaks of full on SCAM. Buy and use for weeks upon weeks until you realize it won't work, then too late to get a refund. Just don't do it...

Seemed to work well with partial hair loss after 12 weeks of 3 day a week use but then I stopped for 3 weeks and it all grew back. Once again throughly covered area every other day for ten weeks and there was zero hair loss and hair seemed to grow back fuller. Do not buy!

I've been using this religiously for months. I have the skin/hair type recommended for results. I've followed all the instructions and have remained consistent. I've used the device on my armpits, bikini line and legs. There's no difference in my hair growth AT ALL. Super frustrating- what a waste of time and money.
