Make sure you pay attention to the who this works on chart and accept it may not work for you and take advantage of return policy. Don't do what I did which is convince myself it will eventually work and wind up to late to return. Of course the other possibility is it just doesn't work for anyone

I wanted to wait until I gave this an honest try to leave a review. To be honest, I'm not too thrilled with my results. I have been using my nood for 7 weeks, 2x per week, on armpits and bikini. I use it on level 7 and do 3 passes on each section. I am Caucasian with light-medium skin that tans easily, and dark hair. Obviously I don't think I'm getting tan in the areas I'm doing. I am seeing my hair get a little patchier, but by no means do i think I could forgo shaving or shave less often. I am still getting ingrowns. At this rate I don't know how long it would take, if ever, to be fully bikini confident which is a bummer as I thought I'd be shaving less by now. It seems like this works better on finer hair like legs, arms, and peach fuzz on the face. I will keep it up for a few more weeks just to see but unfortunately I don't have high hopes. In fairness I do find it easy to use. Using it at level 7 it does hurt in some more sensitive areas where the skin is thinner but it's tolerable and doesn't leave me irritated afterwards. I would tone it down but I feel like I'd see even slower results.

I have been using the product as described for 6 months. I have noticed a slight thinning of my hair and some parts of my body, but overall the product is mildly painful, I still have to shave before using it, and my beauty routine has become long and cumbersome to keep up with using this product that has given me minimal results and not what was promised. I have had pro laser hair removal done before years ago and it worked super well after just a few once weekly visits, but I couldn't keep up with the cost once I moved to a biger city - point being I know the technology works on me but this device isn't powerful enough, even for my fair skin and mild dark hair which is the recommended type. I was so excited to use this product and gave it so many chances but overall it has not been a worthwhile experience.

Had zero success with this product. I stuck with it consistently twice a week for 11 weeks and saw nothing. It was just a big waste of time. It was painless, but also ineffective so would not recommend. And of course tried to do the 90 day money back guarantee, but was 2 days late (which was spent emailing trying to figure out how to do it). So I'm stuck with the product.

I purchased the 2.0 (+ all the skincare products) in March and used it diligently every three days, at the highest setting, according to all the rules on the website and in the kit. I have dark, curly hair, and light olive-toned skin. After giving it 8 weeks I emailed customer service, due to seeing absolutely no results on any area of my body (legs, bikini, underarms). They shared some additional tips, which I tried for another 8 weeks as recommended, with again - no results. I mean, no bald patches, no thinning of hair, nothing. And, of course, by then I was outside of the 90 day return window, so I basically wasted a LOT of time, as well as money. Cannot recommend this product at all, yet continue to get IG targeted ads lol. So disappointing.

Does not work. I have dark hair and pale skin which is supposedly the most ideal for this to work. I did my legs on level 7 for much longer than the 8 weeks and it seemed like it was working because I noticed that the hair growth had slowed. However, as soon as I stopped, all of the hair started growing back and some of it even seems like it's growing back in thicker than before! I am going to start using it again in the hopes that maybe I just need more treatments. But so far I am pretty disappointed with this product. I was so excited to be hair free.

I had been wanting to get laser hair removal but it's so darn expensive. Nood seemed like a good, affordable option to try. Unfortunately, the results haven't met my expectations based on the reviews I read before purchasing. I've completed 14/16 treatments and I would say there have been some results- slightly slower growth and some places have sparser growth. Overall, though, things are more or less the same. I'm definitely going to have to do way more than 16 treatments to get the results I was hoping for. Additionally, using the nood hurts! I don't know how people are using it at level 7 on sensitive areas & feeling nothing. It's like snapping a hot rubber band on sensitive skin! Overall, I don't know if I can recommend the product, but everyone has different results so it may be worth it to try.

Am i doing this wrong?! Followed instructions exactly (2xweek) for 5 months now and nothing has changed much. Maybe a few patches with less hair but overall a waste of money !

does not permanently remove hair. False advertising. It minimizes SOME hair growth at best.

I was so hopeful about this product. I researched it for months, my hair/skin colors fit perfectly in the chart, waited to start until I got back from vacation, I did all of the tests on the areas, never skipped a session, and I even gave it a good 10 weeks on each area vs the 8 and didn't see results. There were some areas where there was 1-2 dark hairs and I knew it would at least take care of those and it might have made them grow back slower but didn't take care of them. It's also definitely not "painless". Again, I completed the tests and knew my threshold was a 6-7. My hair is fairly thick so even after shaving and going over a hair that's just below the surface of the skin or going over any freckle you feel quite a zap. So happy it works for some but I didn't get quite that lucky!
