This unfortunately had zero results for me. I purchased it the end of December. I did it more often than recommended. About every other day on the highest power level, ensuring three passes. I have very pale skin and concentrated solely on my bikini area. After 5 months of this I let my hair "grow in" and there was ZERO change. Hours of my life gone….

It doesn't hurt, but it also doesn't work. This device is just effective enough to trick you into keeping it past the return window. I did initially see slowing of growth and thinning of my leg hair, but the results were extremely temporary. I completed the full recommended treatment period (actually 20 wks total before taking a break) 2x a week, entirely on level 7 - and ultimately my hair returned to normal even with the recommended occasional "maintenance". Each treatment is extremely time consuming so this represents a huge waste of time in addition to the wasted money. My husband, who is also the optimal dark hair/pale skin combo, has had the same results.

I used this for a long time to give it a real chance and I had it at a 7 setting, the highest, for over 8 weeks of sessions. I would pass over the area multiple times each session. I saw zero change in my hair. Don't waste your money. The time frame for getting a refund isn't reasonable as you don't really know if it's working until the window has passed. For reference I am pale with dark hair.

Tried religiously for the recommended 8 weeks exactly according to their instructions. Didn't make a visible change. So much effort for naught. Also on some occasions I would get an electric shock when pressing the button. The whole thing seems like a fraud.

DOES NOT WORK! DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I would give it less than 1 Star if I could. I was very excited to try NOOD and eliminate the hair on my bikini line, "lady bits", upper thighs and stomach. According to Nood, I am the perfect candidate...I have the most fair skin and dark black hair. I followed the routine diligently...2x a week, at the highest setting, after shaving, consistently. After 90 days...I had not seen ANY results. Since I was reaching the "money back guarantee" limit, I reached out to Nood to find out what to do. Instead of telling me "well since it's not working at all, we recommend you return it and get your money back, because it's probably just not going to work for you" - they told me to up my routine to 3x a week, and assured me to just give me more time and it would work. So I did. I up'd my routine to 3x a week, at the highest setting, I did 3 passes over the area, I shaved before, I made sure my device was cleaned after, and I was super consistent. After 8 MONTHS of doing this, there is literally ZERO change. Zero. Not even hair thinning. In fact, what I got instead are worse ingrown hairs than ever, and deep red skin patches that aren't going away. The device guarantees permanent hair removal after 8 weeks! So I contacted Nood once again to see what they could do...even though I was so disappointed that their device did not work AT ALL as I was assured...I would've been a "happy" customer if they would've at least given me my money back for their phoney device, but they did not. They just said "sorry" and "we understand." Horrible! I feel like I was encouraged to "keep using it" when they knew it wouldn't work, just so they could keep my money after the 90-Days expired. My advice is to save your money and go get laser instead. Or if you're not seeing results after 90 Days, don't listen to customer support and "keep trying"...return it and get your money back. Awful product. Awful customer service.

Electric shock! My first device started shocking me via the button you put your finger on at about 3 weeks into treatments. Nood replaced this device (which took weeks) and I am about 30 flashes into the new device and it has shocked me twice again! One shock was so strong it left a burn on my skin. This was different than the device being too hot - it's an electric shock that I've actually seen via a flash of white light. Now my hair is in patches all over and I wish I had never started this, because I'm too nervous to continue :(

I used this for about 12 weeks and thought I was seeing some results along the way, but all the hair grew back just as it was before very quickly after I stopped using it. Unsure why this worked for others and not me, as I have the right combination of skin tone and hair color and used exactly as directed and for longer than the recommended time frame. Unfortunately the "guarantee" only applies for 90 days and is apparently meant to cover the device itself and not your actual results, so I was denied a refund. Total waste of money.

It worked great the first few times. Warning : be careful with the side button it breaks easily and cannot be fixed.

The product hype was better than the product itself. For reference, I have been using Flasher 2.0 religiously for nearly 8 months now, 3 times a week, at the highest setting, with a strict prep routine of exfoliating, shaving, and cleansing. I have pale skin and dark hair, especially after having shaved, so I thought this would be easy. After all this time and a strict regiment, I've yet to see meaningful results. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I put a lot of faith in the product and I feel let down. Customer service will send you the same copy-and-paste response if you drill them with questions and the one person I got who would actually communicate like a human being could only say "It takes longer for some than for others". Which would be reasonable for the 90-day guarantee. But nearly 8 months? Sorry, but that's too long and too much time invested to still say that it may take longer. I'm just going to invest in professional treatment instead.
