My husband bought me this as a gift last year for Christmas. I used it about 10 times throughout the year but was never consistent with it. Decided to give it a go this year and be consistent with it. My second time using it this week, and right after I turned it on it went off and won't turn back on. Of course I'm about 20 days over my limited one year warranty, so there's nothing that I can do. Just expected for a nearly $200 product that it would last longer than a year, particularly when it has barely been used.

The Flasher 2.0 worked excellent, even though I did not use it consistently for the 1.5 years I have owned it. However, the device suddenly stopped working after 1.5 years, which is outside of the warranty window. The warranty department did not provide any support and I am disappointed by this short warranty for an expensive device that was not used a sufficient amount of times to warrant a malfunction.

The product works great until it breaks. Exactly one year after I purchased the device it broke. I reached out to customer service to find a solution on how to fix it. I provided them with my order number and told them I purchased a year ago. They asked for me to send a video of the device and I did. After reviewing the video they offered to exchange the device for one that works. After going back and forth they decided to change their mind about exchanging/returning the item. I never asked for a return or exchange I just wanted to figure out how to fix the device. When I asked for clarification on what was going on they then told me they will not accept a return or exchange because it's been too long. Then they encouraged me to purchase another one during a promotion. Please be prepared for weak communication if you need to contact customer service, and the device will break at some point! I purchased the Noodist Pro Kit for around $280.

This did not work very well for me at all. I used it almost every day for many months and barely did anything.. I have black hair too! What a shame because this was expensive..

This burned my skin. I did the test patch and got burned. The hair was removed but I must just have sensitive skin.

8 weeks in, minimal difference. Don’t waste your time and money.

I just opened this box and the bottom is broken. It has hair on it. I don’t even wanna use it because I feel I just received a returned product. I can only give 2 stars because the first impression it is bad.
