Disappointed in the results - I think I'm just going to return it and get laser hair removal. I used 2x a week for 2 months and didn't see any results so dialed it up to every other day for the past 3 weeks. I then started to to notice less hair growth on my legs, but no results on my bikini area or armpits. Plus, if I stop using the device, the hair grows back. It's taken probably 30+ hours of my time at this point for very minimal results that don't last. I do not know why they say doing the whole body takes 10 minutes - false advertising. It takes me 1.5 hours to do my legs, armpits, and bikini area. Plus the flasher goes so slow so you have to wait and go over each part of your body 3 times and then it starts to get hot and burn a little. I'd rather get a few laser appointments and have 0 hair growth for several years than have to keep up with this maintenance every 3 days. WAY too much time & work for not great results!

Total disappointment for bikini area. I have fair skin and really dark hair. It definitely worked on my arms and my stomach. But it's the pits for my bikini area, which was the reason I wanted it. I used it for 10 weeks on level 6, following the directions exactly, with no noticeable change. I emailed for customer support and was given the advice that bikini areas can be stubborn and to use it every other day, on level 6 or 7. Sooooo, yeah. There is quite a difference in the pain and heat level between 6 and 7! Level 6 wasn't bad, but level 7 is painful, my skin turned red, and got a little puffy. But I was determined to make this work, so I stuck it out for 12 more freaking weeks thinking that had to be plenty of time for stubborn hair. Since I was shaving every other day to use it, I couldn't really tell if it was working so I gave myself a break for a week. The area on the top of my thighs is mostly hair free, but the rest- not so much. More than 50% still there. At this point, I'm pretty much over the pain without better results.

Can i use in the bolls?

I have had my device for about 10 months. I used it every 3 days over the winter and saw a great reduction of my darkest hair. I am fair skinned with dark brown body hair. It worked really well on my bikini line and my stomach. On the bikini line I saw a reduction in hair and thickness, but it was never completely hairless. It has helped tremendously with ingrown hairs and razor burn after shaving. Occasionally, the device will shock my finger and the skin exposed to the treatment window when I press the button. Today, it did this, I turned it off, and now it won't turn back on. I expected the device to last longer than this, though it does feel quite cheaply made of plastic. The treatment window has also developed some corrosion around it. I have emailed. Customer Service to request a new device, but have not yet heard back.

I know some hippy girls that could use this!
