Nood the company seems to be okay! The customer service has been good but their descriptions of products and instructions have left stuff out and created more questions.

Hair regrowth was slower and softer almost immediately, but permanent results are taking a little longer. It is working!

I am so glad I took a chance on this device. I had been struggling with dark hair growth on my chin, jaw, and face for years. I tried everything to treat it: shaving, plucking, waxing, sugaring, laser, and IPL, and nothing gave me permanent results. I have been using the flasher for several months now. With consistent use, I have seen my hair become finer and lighter and take longer to grow back. This at-home option is comparable to in-office procedures without the price and hassle. Consistency is key with the flasher, however! While the results may not be permanent, they do last with consistent use.

After about 4 weeks of consistently using it, my hair was already growing back remarkably thinner! It is amazing, and I will continue to use it. It has helped me so much, and I feel much more confident with it. The only suggestion I have is that it would either come with glasses or to wear DARK sunglasses while you use it. The flashes are extremely bright.

I had great results on my legs. My bikini line has been more stubborn. I emailed support after the 8 weeks and provided me some tips that have seemed to help. Through all the research & provided documentation there was no mention that taking the supplement of biotin could hinder results. I found that out from the email I was sent. I stopped taking it & upped treatments to 3x a week as recommended. I'm seeing better results on the bikini line. My legs are nice & smooth & I'm happy to eliminate ingrowns & razor irritation from my life.

I'm 4 weeks in and I'm starting to see results. The hair is thin in some areas and not in others, but I think it's likely I have been missing those areas and need to be better about passing over them. It can be hard to tell. I'm trying to do my armpits, bikini area, and lower legs. I didn't realize I had to do three passes on each area for each treatment until I received the product and looked at the treatment tracker. It takes forever! But if there are results then it's worth it, right?

So far everything is working exactly as described. I'm on the 3rd week of using it about every other day and already I can tell my hair is coming back slower and thinner. My number one complaint is I wish they would have spent more time explaining exactly how to use the thing. According to other reviews I'm not the only one feeling this way. At first I didn't know do you hold it on one spot for 3 zaps? Move it 3 places and go over it 3 times? When investing this much money into something this company really needs to do a better job of explaining. The informational videos STOP right when your trying to see how to use it. Maybe make a video of the entire process of say doing your armpits so people can get comfortable with how to use it.
