Fingerprint doesn’t work at all

The product was damage !!! Also it cut my hand

I put in my code and try to open the door and it won't open. It's a cheap piece of metal. The seller does not respond back to me.

Product arrived 1.) dirty with finger prints all over the screen and dirty battery pack 2.) the instructions do not include any information on the finger print readerBuy beware. My advise is to consider another brand.
