It did not come with instructions or template like it is suppose too. Was a birthday gift.

I bought this for my grandchild age 6. Her mom just told me the light did not work. SHe pulled the tab for solare could work and set it in bright light. Please let me know if anything can done.

The plastic piece that holds the artwork [piece C] and the whole reason for this being an item, doesnt stay together with the windchime base [piece a&b]. I have a windchime with a light. No artwork..

I bought 3 of these and 1 doesn't light up. When an item is defective, you should either be able to return it for a refund or get a new product. You can do neither. Not a reputable company.
