Product has a tendency to dry up prior to expiry date. I used to purchase a two pack but now only purchase one at a time.

Great cartridges. However, the last two I purchased from you were not empty based on the HP ink levels, but they would not print clearly anymore. They still had ink in them.

The process was a bit confusing, and didn't follow the standard verbiage used for remote purchases. The UX may need to be tweaked, perhaps by someone that is new to the site.

Price is too high for amount of ink you get
