Cost too high for the value. Cannot add pros/cons to this survey. What kind of survey has "Smoother Mouse Pad" for an ink cartridge review?

I bought a 64xl cartridge when my original std size ran out and found it to be fine. It fit properly and installed easily. The ink quality was great like all other HP inks I've used. I do some but not a lot of printing and expected the cartridge to last several months. To my surprise the cartridge only lasted about half the duration that I expected. I've just purchased a new one and installed it. I'll be watching the duration of use much closer this time to make sure I made no errors in its usage. If anyone else has experienced this issue, please respond. Jim in Palm Beach

Great purchasing price; however, I purchased 64 and should have bought 62. Therefore I was unable to use.

The black ink cartridge was fine but the color cartridge did not work. I repeatedly got an error message about the color cartridge and had to remove it so that my printer would print (in black ink). The cartridges are very easy to put in and remove, so that is a positive. They do not last very long, so that is a negative. Overall, I would say that this is an average product.

The product works, but so do other cut rate priced cartridges. This is not worth the extra money.

I like the fact that as a regular customer I can order ink quickly and no shipping charge. The quality of the ink is good but I don’t think I get the number of pages that they say on the description. We don’t print a lot, but it seems I’m ordering ink more frequently than with my previous printer. The previous printer used 564 ink. I bought this printer a month ago I like printing pictures, I have been really disappointed with this feature and it is hard to just print a 4x6. The ink was off so I ordered a new one and replaced it have full ink levels my pictures are printing with a red tint I can’t figure out why and ready to return! I purchased an HP Envy printer last May and find it easy to use. I like that the Envy uses 1 cartridge for black and 1 for color. But I'm currently printing Christmas calendars and the printer has started to fail. It will not feed the double sided photo paper in correctly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
