I recently Purchased an HP ENVY printer. the cartridges that came with it lasted less than 100 pages, so I just bought the 64 XL cartridges, thinking they would last longer. They have printed more than the regular cartridges, but still fall way short of expectation. I have printed about 360 pages in black and white and the black is about 3/4 depleated. I will have to replace it soon. These cartridges are too expensive for the amount of pages I can print. I realize that the amount of ink a cartridge will hold is finite, but then the price should reflect that. I got a very good price on the printer and now I know why. hP can give them away and make a Hugh profit on cartridges! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I purchased this ink for my HP envy all in one printer and the ink is not loading up properly. It maybe because I am enrolled in the HP instant ink and it does not recognize the ink. It should be a problem because it is a HP cartridge.

The colored ink in my double pack did not work. It registered as empty when I put it in. The black ink was fine but not the colored. For the price of ink it was truly disappointing [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Your entire business model is deeply flawed and contributes to enormous waste and inefficiency. Why can't you make fewer models that last longer and provide a greater and more reliable source of ink at a price that reflects the cost of production rather than predatory profitability? Ink cartridge was totally defective. Did not work in HP printer. A rip off.

I bought the new cartridge because the old cartridge was old and may have been the problem. I followed instructions to clean the printer and still have the problem. Now I need to spend on a new printer and am out the money I spent on the cartridge.

Printer hp Envy 6255 is about a year old and the ink is dripping from cartridge and ran out. I bought 2 new cartridges, black and color and printer is still not printing. Cartridge is still dripping and it is brand new. very disappointed in the whole product.

Not sure what happened but the cartridge I got over a week ago is out of ink, with just about 30 pages printed, It was the standard size. The cartridge the printer came lasted longer!
