I ordered one XL64 black ink cartridge. I received it right days after I ordered it with 2-4 day shipping. The cartridge was hardly any different from a regular cartridge. This ink only gives me 110 pgs. I have had nothing but problems with the HP Envy 4 in 1 Printer I bought......I feel taken advantage of, and I'm angry about that in this time of Covid-19.

These cartridges are not lasting for the number of pages HP represents.

The price of 3 cartridges exceeds the price of the printer. Ink can’t be that expensive.

I think the ink cartridges are way too expensive and as soon as I can I will replace the copier. And the pages have too much ink and are wet when they come out of the printer.

Just got the replacement cartridge a week ago. Did 7 prints, and they were fantastic. Went to go and use it today, and now the printer is reporting the cartridge is empty and has to be replaced. Can't get through to any type of rep to get a replacement, or even know what is going on... A total waste of money and time.

I bought the ink, installed it and printed a handful of pages and it ran out of ink again. I didn’t count how many pages I printed but it wasn’t many. I can’t reach the instant ink support to get more cartridges so I’ve been printing everything in black and white. I need more ink !!!!

I have had my "ENVY" printer for about 2 months. worked great until today. still scans and copies. Just won't print. The deeper I get into trying to fix it the worse it gets. What a mistake. It's back to Epson, or something...Very disappointing...But it could be me

This 64XL cartridge must have had even less ink in it then the regular 64 cartridge because we realized that that it was out of ink much quicker, which showed up on the last two pages of a many page document we were printing. We have had this happen also with the Color 64XL.

It's expensive and the amount page (around 600 for XL) they said it will print is false. I didn't get that much. it's better to use refill.
