I bought this about two weeks ago along with the black ink XL. I have been printing black and white and when I decided to print in color, the printer inform the cartridge is low on ink. I didn't even finished printing out my documents because the color ink was low. It doesn't make sense for the color cartridge to be low on ink on the first try! Has never happened before.

I bought this same time as the color and this is still working unlike the color.

Cartridge wouldn’t snap in correctly. I bought two; one worked and one didn’t so I’d like to return the dud.

this is great marketing, lets make a cheap printer that is going to end up in a land fill in less than a year but wait lets also make the ink expensive and cost more than the printer. hp you guys are RockN it!

I returned it to the store and bought an Epson instead

These cartridges are always getting clogged after just a couple of uses. Printer head cleaning utility is useless. Just end up buying a new, very expensive, cartridge. I guess that’s why the printers are so cheap to begin with.

Print his bad when there's still ink (according to ink levels) left in the cartridge in the printer. I had to replace it and I feel like I'm getting gipped out of ink, which is expensive. The colored cartridge still works, and it has the same amount of ink left

I purchased this about a month ago and continue to receive a message that ink is low and have experienced no print on occasion.

After a myriad of error messages telling me to reseat my ink cartridges, I finally decided to address the real problem and ditch the offending HP Printer (all-in-one), which had cost me a pretty penny and was only about a year old. I had been a loyal HP user for decades; however, Years of declining product quality and equally frustrating support have caused me to end my use (purchase) of any and future HP products. I conducted a poll, amongst my friends and business associates as to what brands I should purchase in the future and NOT ONE OF THEM recommended HP.

WAY over priced but you're stuck with it for your printer
