The cost of my cartridges were 40% more than usual and the shipping speed was much longer.

Service on line and delivery was as good as always. Normally I would give a 5 star rating, but this time I’m not sure what is wrong with the cartridge, the ink isn’t black like I’m used to, it’s very light as if it’s running out of ink, I know it can’t be because I just got it not long ago. I am having to use it as it is, can’t afford another one right now, — next time I hope it’s back to normal.

My printer still tells me there is not enough ink when there is still ink in the cartridges. This has happened with all the HP printers we have had and still have 2.

Very disappointed with the number of copies I get per ink replacement. Doesn't come near what is promoted.

Easy to use and good quality, just dries up too soon if not used often even if almost full.

Agree with some of the reviews stating that if you don’t use the printer often, the ink cartridge will dry up. I’ve probably only printed 10-15 pages within 3 months before it started running out of ink.

Cartridge doesn't last anywhere near as long as advertised. Printer still thinks that it still has ink, but it doesn't.
