I have been using this product now for a short time and I am very happy with it. I find it and the quick delivery time to be very convenient. I just don't think that you get the estimated amount of printed sheets from these cartridges.

Needed this for my home printer. The price was right and delivery was fast.

Just purchased ink online since local store that normally supplies is closing. Delivery took longer than I would have liked but the product is fine.

Brought this with a black cartridge and I still don’t have my black cartridge. Can’t find it in the stores either. Why is it so hard to find?

I like the HP brand, usually pretty consistent quality. However - a couple of things I have experienced I don't like: 1. The print quality is just not good - my old machine was was well worn and still had better copies. 2. The machine goes to sleep and I have to turn of power and turn it back on again to get the machine to work. We don't do a lot of copies, maybe that has something to do with it.

I hope it last as long as advertised. Only time will tell

I purchased a new printer and the scanner stopped working as designed. The printer prior to the one I purchased now had a cartridge issue. It seems that HP is is not following up with the manufacture steps when fabrication is done.
