They are more expensive buy when you factor in the lost time and having to purchase a cartridge when it shouldn't be needed, it makes sense to buy an original.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I bought your HP ENVY PHOTO 7858 and came close to sending it back as it was so difficult to just put a page on the glass and press the copy icon to make it copy print without multiple finger clickings to produce a copy and that continues to be an irritant. The cartridges are expensive but are just fine except they don't tell me when they are getting low on ink until they are empty.
