I have purchased numerous items from your company and when I was disappointed with any of them I was always taken care of quickly and professionally. I like the idea of shopping from a small business owner as I would prefer to buy from the, unfortunately, dwindling ranks of 'mom and pop' type stores because big businesses have garnered much of today's market share. It seems very unfair to take away the livelihood of small businesses so I'm happy to know that you're still going strong. You have my support.
