A real quick'n'easy solution to a wide variety of guesswork.Despite accuracy being about half degree off at 50*C this thing is a must-have kitchen gadget.I started with a simple single-channel cabled temp alarm, then dual channel then 6-channel thermo pro with bluetooth and various alarm settings but this little thing is what I use statistically the most.What could make this truly perfect would be 0.2*C accuracy, a quicker power button response and ability to rotate display.

I have tested this thermometer and it is accurate within reason. I compared it with other digital thermometer that I have and it comes in within a degree. Good enough for cooking. The use is not quite as intuitive as I would like. For example to turn it on you need to hold button for a few seconds. I could not find this in the manual. To turn it off you should do the same. Display is large enough and easy to read. Backlight is bright, not sure if it is needed, as I managed without it before. It is not like one is cooking in the dark. I like that this is not a foldable kind as I would question reliability of these contacts.One thing I wish it would have is an ability to calibrate it using boiling water. But for the price it is a good thermometer.

Very accurate and no issues with it at all. I purchased last year and still working great.

This works so well at giving an instant reading which is what I need when cooking meat. I would buy it again if I needed another one!
