The cycle is very uncomfortable to use and did not fit my needs. I returned the product after paying a total of $233.00, but the seller only refunded $168.00. No explanation. Whatever.

The media could not be loaded.  Not sure if mine was faulty, but this was the noisiest under desk bike I've tried. Really disappointed with the quality.

its a great little product, but they're a little sloppy shipping all the parts. i got mine with only 3 feet, and its made the mechanism start squeaking after a week or so, which was disappointing, because it was whisper quiet at first, and an absolute joy to use. i tried contacting support, but they told me to go through amazon. which is how i contacted them in the first place. so im reduced to posting negative reviews for support.

This is supposed to be quiet but it makes a clicking sound when you peddle. The instruction manual says to call if it’s noisy. Really? For $150 this shouldn’t be an issue, ever. I will call them but am very angry that I HAVE to

The media could not be loaded.  Manufacturer was contacted and told what was missing, this is what I got, the front bar assembly which I already have (see photo). I need the small back foot bar. I have been unable to use since May 25. This was bought to help my husband with rehab on his left leg.

When this exerciser arrived, I couldn't even lift the box. It was very heavy. I had to push it into the house. The information says it weighs 23 pounds. My granddaughter is 35 pounds and I pick her up regularly. So I didn't think it would be an issue. But it is. It definitely does not seem to be "portable." And that's a crucial feature for me, so I can use it wherever I happen to be sitting at the time. I could never transport this unit from place to place, despite the rave reviews about how well it functions. So alas, I am returning it in its box--unopened!

When I knew I was about to replace both knees, I purchased this item. The read out worked at the very beginning…but before long, it stopped. Now I can only use it to pedal, CANNOT create any settings (use the readout). I’ve changed the batteries several times, to no avail.It’s sturdy, and would be divine if it would only produce what was promised!Therefore, I’ll have to review it with 1 star. 😩

Shrinkflation claim yet another victim. The quality of this product fell off hard. My original DeskCycle 1 which I bought in 2016 lasted me every working day of use until early 2023. Considering the wear I'd say that is pretty great. Replaced it with the new DeskCycle 2 in March 2023 and it only lasted me 4 months before it started falling apart and making a clicking noise. The resistance is also broke as it goes up the longer you bike for some reason without changing the dial. Extremely dissapointed.

It slid all over when you peddled. I didn’t find it to be user friendly so I returned it.

I'm 5-10 and I cant make a complete rotation because my knees hit the bottom of the desk 3/4 of the way through. Using a standard sized gaming desk and a Herman miller chair. Its getting returned ASAP.
