Since we are offering virtual peer support groups via Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic, I needed something to hold my iPhone up and give some light so our group participants could see me better in my dark home office space. This works perfectly. Also purchased a dongle (from a separate retailer) to be able to both utilize headphones and charge the iPhone at the same time. From briefing to debriefing, the session lasts two hours and Zoom eats through a 100% charge in no time.

I only gave you three stars for face recognition only because I didn’t know it had such a feature. It didn’t really come with the best of instructions. But I absolutely love the device and I plan on buying a couple more for my son and my mother. It works great in the studio for photographing work or watching Netflix while I work, And it’s perfect For clipping on the bed late at night watching a little TV before I go to bed or reading online. It is sturdy and well-made and I couldn’t be Happier with how I spent my money

Not being big on selfies, due to them always being horrible, I decided to give this a try. It is quite sturdy and adjustable. Being able to use it hands free is a great option especially for someone who is selfie challenged. There is a more than ample light source that doubles as a portable make up light as well. A great facial recognition feature made it easier to hone in for a better photo. I showed it to my 20 something goddaughters who are already selfie pros, and they also really liked it for the above mentioned features. Give it a try. Bought this because a YouTube creator suggested it specifically. I was prepping for a job interview and needed to brighten up my Zoom view. This was the right choice. Easy to use, easy to control the lights brightness and color. A great improvement. I used it with a USB plug and plugged it directly into the wall socket. I've also used it as it was intended, plugging it into the USB outlet on my laptop [seems to drains the battery quickly this way].

Good stand! Very strong cramp, and the phone is held in place very well. It's become a permanent fixture with my office setup, which I wasn't expecting! As for the light, it's pretty good! I've never used it as my primary lighting source, as I have a full size ring light and other professional lights in my office, but it definitely adds something. I could see this being great for someone who's trying to get better lighting for video or photographs on a budget.

While I don't do videos and seldom take selfies, this product is excellent for clipping to the desk or end table. I holds your phone securely and provides a light ring that can be used for selfies or just to illuminate the area. It is very sturdy and allows me to rotate my phone via a rotating ball joint to any position. I like to having my phone at eye level. Makes it easy to see and use without having to hold it. The product will also clip securely to most any table that has a slight overhang. I have bought several items from this company and they are reputable and very helpful. bought 2, one for me and my mom and so far she's loving it and it's been treating me well too. so many uses for it whether a phone holder or ur recording or doing facetime or even just need a desk light. the brightness is very adjustable which is a blessing because other ones ive seen on amazon only have 3 settings where this has over 10 i believe. only thing i will say is i wish the clamp was a bit stronger but just balance it a bit and you'll be fine in most cases. do recommend :)

Last year I purchased a rolling bedside table for my wife for reading, using the computer, or using her phone or tablet while sitting in bed. This product is a great supplement to the table because it can clip onto the table, her phone can be held where she wants to position it, and the light can be used as a reading light. The quality of the adjustable arms is very good and very sturdy. The arms will not move once you position them. The phone holder is probably the weakest part with a screw in the back to tighten the ball that holds he angle of the phone while the jaw that grips the phone is not super strong but since it is just used on a table, there should not be any issue with the phone falling off (I'd be concerned if used in a car). The light is the best part with adjustments for color as well as dimming or brightening. As a photographer, I could see using this for macro still shots.
