When we received this item it was broke .so i was not very happy since it was Christmas gift

I returned this set which was a completed set to a set of ; previously purchased. After a nightmare of assembly session with poor quality and incomplete screws, I decided to return this at the expense of whatever I decide to buy not matching. I’m blow saddled with $155 shipping cost to send it back. Terrible quality

This broke the first time it was sat on. Very disappointed. I was so excited to receive this for our house, we assembled it right away, and pretty typical assembly went smooth took maybe 30-40 minutes with two people. We sat down to enjoy it and immediately a thicker slat in one of the seats cracked. What a bummer was saving money to buy some patio furniture and should have known to spend more on a metal set. I requested a refund/return we will see what happen.

The price for this is extremely high for how poorly it’s made and how unsturdy it is... Also, the holes for the screws were stripped out so they wouldn’t go in.. this should be at least 1/2 the price being asked!

It looked lovely once assembled, my son 15, 5’10”, 180lbs sat on it and the front board cracked. Was super disappointed. Not happy at all.

Poor quality, wood was lightweight, assembly was difficult because nothing lined up - would return if we had not put it together already

Very sturdy . Comfortable and easily put together. I put it in my living room. Can be used outside or inside. Well worth buying.
