The ad I ordered from said soft! They sent medium. Nobody uses medium that I asked! Throwing money down the drain!!

I ordered soft and received medium bristles brushes. Not cool switching! Husband has sensitive gums and dentist recommends using soft bristle brushes. Disappointed they switched products.
