So very sad, I was looking forward to this and it’s not a cheap item. Box looked to be in good condition but when I opened it up, all the nuts and bolts were everywhere and after lifting all the heavy pieces, there are multiple tears in the seating. See pics. This was probably a return. So what do I do now? How do I return this item without a truck?

Rusted after first rainfall. Cushions also stained and molded.

Barely used it for less than a year and its ripped in many places.

My chair material had a rip on it. Contacted the vendor. Waiting for a response. Easy to install. Recommend a 10 and 13 deep socket with ratchet.

We purchased this product after the old swing we had for ten years finally capitulated to excessive usage. We spent a lot of money on this product, especially because it was “easy to install” and would take two people one hour. What a joke. The instruction for assembly of this product, especially "step five," were so vague as to be meaningless. Eight of us (all of whom have assembled literally thousands of complex items) tried and failed. We now have the appearance of fully assembled swing that is worthless and three items of extra hardware. There were many, many more holes drilled than all the hardware could possible fit into, leaving us scratching our head and arguing about what was supposed to go where. After eight of us all tried and failed to assemble this swing “properly,” we all concluded that this had not even been engineered properly. Worse, there is no customer service number, chat, or email or videos to help us. Worst of all the item is too big to return and so it is basically expensive and worthless.

Really bad design. Regret buying it. It collect water when rain. Cushions are light and keep flying away all over backyard
