Great sturdy swing....but...assembly directions aren't so great.

Easy to put together, great quality, sturdy, beautiful and the cushions are super comfortable.

This is a wonderful 3 seats patio swing. I was a little bit concerned before I place this purchase, I wonder the sturdiness of the swing. After it arrived on time, I assembled it at the same day. It’s easy, it came with clear instructions to follow. My two 5 years twins love to swing on it, it’s very strong, it’s not wobbling at all. They really swing on it like a swing in the play ground. Now I am very pleased with it. It’s beautiful color match my backyard. I usually like to have a cup coffee sitting on this swing in the morning. I am planning add on mist fan when the weather get hot, or string color lights when I have a pool party. This patio swing is great addition to my backyard. It came with cushions, I like to add additional pillows to support my back. It’s more comfortable for me to sat on. I would like it add on coffee cup holder for the future upgrade. Overall it’s reasonable price. This is not my first patio swing, but it’s the best so far!

The weather has been warming up lately so I go outside with my kids and hang out in the front yard often. We currently have some small chairs to sit on but I thought a swing would be nice for the kids to relax on. I've browsed through a good number of swings and eliminated the two seater options because it was too small. I liked the three seater ones since our family of four (two adults and two toddlers) could fit on there. I purchased this one because I saw that it was slightly cheaper than some other similar versions and I had the options of choosing the color. When the package for the swing arrived, I felt bad that my poor husband had to lug it in. It looked huge and heavy but he was able to wrap his arms around one of straps and just pull it into our garage until it was time to lug it back out to assemble. The assembly of this swing is doable by one person. However, I must warn you that it took my husband a little over an hour to assemble it by himself. The instructions were straight forward, but I think the logistics of having one person keeping the bars up to assemble took more time. As a tip, I recommend getting help from one other person to assemble this thing quickly. The swing looks so cute in the middle of our yard. Our kids are too small to sit and swing themselves so we usually have to help them. It's very convenient for when they get tired after playing, then they can sit and relax. My kids have even fallen asleep on the swing! In any event, my husband and I have wondered if we need to secure it just in case it gets windy or the kids get rough. It was an issue because we have all cement flooring. Before any securing can be done, the Santa Ana wind swept through one day and completely knocked the swing over. I thought that it was done and I had just wasted a few hundred dollars on a broken swing since it looked bad knocked over on the floor. But the day after when the wind died down, we put it back up and it was in perfect shape! To my surprise, nothing was dented or scratched. One of the hooks came out but we just had to pop it back in and the swing was working as normal again. Another thing that I just discovered was that the backrest of the swing can be lowered so you can have one flat bed. We tried it briefly but decided against doing that since our kids are likely to roll around and fall off. The bars to keep the flat bed secured so that it doesn't swing does not fit as nicely as expected--with a little movement, the bars will come right out and the bed will start swinging again. For this reason, I do not recommend using the flatbed if you have young kids. But if you're an adult looking to just lounge around, then it's a nice option.
