This has been my favorite coffee since I found it online. I have not ordered another brand since I have found Brooklyn Beans. For some reason the past 2 orders that I have recieved more of the pods exploded in my keurig while making my coffee.

When using in my keurig 2.0 coffee grounds on in my cup and also in the keurig. After a few minutes of using and removing the k cup the ground start to splatter all over the place. It is just a mess using this product. I tried the cups on two occasions and experienced the above. I coffee did not even have a cinnamon smell or taste. I wasted my money on this product.

I really wanted to support an independent coffee company but I am beyond disappointed. I received this coffee on Tuesday and can't wait for it to be gone. Several of the cups were leaking coffee and some even felt like they exploded when I went to brew it. The coffee went everywhere. The coffee also tastes stale, as it were sitting in a warehouse for months.I tried calling and emailing and have to receive any response. I'd like a refund or new coffee if possible. If I have a positive customer service experience, I'd be more prone to try this brand again.

As with food, friends, cars, etc, everyone has their own individual different tastes. I have been trying different variety packs, brown gold, newman's own, community, Timothy's and this variety of Brooklyn Brand was a total was of money for me. Only one of the dozen or so k-cups tasted like a cup of coffee. Most all were very very weak. But that me. Everyone has to find their own 5 star match.

The coffee is good, I like it, but so far 3 of the K cups have not punctured in the Kurig and when I open the machine to see why nothing is coming out, it blows hot brew all over the place. The plastic of the cup is thinner than on other cups, and when the lid is put down, they often just dent instead of puncturing. So pressure builds up and blows when the lid is opened. Will not be buying any more if they don't work in the machine.

I was very excited to try this coffee, as the reviews were excellent, and the price was very reasonable. So far I have tried Maple and Caramel, and both of them have a dirty water taste. There is no hint of maple or caramel, nor does it even taste like coffee. The problem is definitely not with my machine, as it is still pretty new and has made adequate coffee up till this point. I understand that K-Cup coffee is generally not great, but this is really bad, and I must say I am disappointed. I will probably be returning this product.

Taste horrible to me

With every brew this coffee pod did not brew correctly. Often times it only made half cup and dispensed grounds in cup. It made a mess in the Keurig. I tried these pods on three different keurigs. Very dissatisfied

The seller was excellent do not get me wrong here, the packaging was fabulous however, this has got to be the most weakest coffee that I have ever had! It tastes like it was watery and truly couldn't taste any coffee beans in these k cups. It's sad because I was so happy that it was "Brooklyn" since I was born in Brooklyn and quite proud of it. Sadly I will stick to my fog chaser which has a consistent blend.

I have purchased Brooklyn Beans coffee before and liked the bold blends. One order a couple K cups had white dusty mold, but still decided to buy again. Big mistake. This batch tastes diluted and weak. I will never buy Brooklyn Beans coffee again. It is cheaper for a reason. Poor quality control and lousy taste. A large percentage of my reviews are positive, but this one.......not happy with product.
